COACH REIMBURSEMENT

2025-2026 Coach Requirements Reimbursement

BCSC wants to help offset costs for coaches!

This reimbursement is available to credentialed coaches who are registered as a coach with BCSC for the 2025-2026 season (must be a member of a voting program in good standing).

Reimbursement requests entered between March 1, 2025 and September 30, 2025 will be paid out by October 25, 2025.

Reimbursement requests entered between October 1, 2025 and March 15, 2026 will be paid out by March 25, 2026.

Reimbursement requests entered between March 16, 2026 and August 31, 2026 will be paid out by September 25, 2026.

Coaches who received funds in the previous season are ALSO allowed to submit for this season.

$200 per coach

Each coach is eligible for a reimbursement of up to $200.
Payments will be made via e-transfer
NEW: Level 5, 6, & 7 coaches are eligible for a reimbursement of up to $300
