What can I expect at BC Provincial Championships?

 This is the only competition run by BC Sport Cheer, the Provincial Sport Organization. 


Our 2026 event holds some exciting updates from previous years, and we're bringing back some of the things you love! 

  • An amazing emcee
  • Champion sweaters for first place ranked divisions
  • 1st, 2nd, 3rd place medals and banners for ranked divisions
  • Banners and medals for unranked divisions.
  • Photo backdrops
  • Cool athlete and coach gifts
  • Massive athlete area with dedicated space for every program

  • $10,000 in academic scholarships to be awarded

It takes a number of people to make the BC Provincial Championships a success. 


We offer a free weekend pass to the event, a volunteer t-shirt and an hourly stipend. You can read more about the various roles in the document below.
